Shipping
Orders received on a business day before 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time is usually shipped the same day. Any orders after the deadline are usually shipped the next business day. Retail orders are shipped via USPS and a tracking number will be emailed to the email address on the account once shipped.
Wholesale and distributor orders can be shipped via UPS or USPS at our discretion. Orders received on a business day before 3:00pm Pacific Standard Time is usually shipped the same day. Any orders after the deadline shipped the next business day.
To comply with state law, we cannot ship Nicci products to the following states:
- Arkansas
- Georgia
- Massachusetts
- Vermont
- Washington, D.C.
+These U.S territories:

Within the following states, we cannot ship to specific counties:
- California (all products): San Francisco County
- Colorado (all products): Aspen, Carbondale, Edgewater, Glenwood Springs, Golden, Snowmass Village
- Illinois (all products): Cook County, River Forest, Skokie
- Maine (all products): Bangor, Bar Harbor, Brunswick, Portland, South Portland
- Minnesota (all products): Arden Hills, Bloomington, Brown's Valley, Edina, Golden Valley, Mendota Heights, Moorhead, Richfield, Traverse County, Wheaton (Lush only): New Hope, Nobles County, Robbinsdale, St. Louis Park
- North Dakota (Lush only): Cando, Linton
- Ohio (all products): Grandview Heights, Bexley (Lush only): Columbus, Toledo
- Oregon (all products): Multnomah County
Returns
Nicci only accepts returns within 60 days of purchase. Each product(s) must be in the same condition as when purchased; all item(s) must be in its original packaging with the receipt. Please contact placeholder@email.com to begin your return process. After receiving an email with the shipping address, it is your responsibility for all costs related to the return process. Additionally, you’re carrying any risk of loss/damage during shipment. Please be sure to be extremely accurate when addressing the package. Nicci does recommend opting for a tracking number and insurance for your package.
When the item(s) have been received, they will be thoroughly inspected. Then, you will receive an email notifying you that Nicci has received the package & your updated status about the return. In the event that your return was approved, Nicci will refund the purchase price and all taxes paid, minus the original shipping & handling costs. If, by chance, your original order qualified for free shipping, the shipping fee will be taken from the refund.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: the products cannot be re-shipped if the refund has been rejected
Refunds
Each refund is processed within ten business days after Nicci receives and approves the item(s). The refund will be credited to the payment method initially used.

Defective/Faulty Devices
If a device is defective or becomes faulty within 60 days of initial purchase, please email info@getnicci.com with an attached photo/video of the issue experienced. Nicci will then provide you with further details and instructions.
If your device has been in your possession for longer than 60 days, refund or exchange can be completed.
